Please join experts from Italy talking about Volcanic wines in a country with numerous volcanic terrains from north to south. Our speakers on this fascinating topic are Giovanni Ponchia, director of the Gambellera and the Colli Berici Consorzio, but who has previously worked with Soave Consorzio (both volcanic terrains) and Salvo Foti one of Etna’s top winemakers and volcanic soils expert.
