His blog drinkingjapan.org features weekly reviews of Japanese beverages. William has a keen interest in Japanese wine, whisky, and nihonshu. In addition to his drinks-related certifications, he holds a graduate certificate in Gastronomic Tourism from Le Cordon Bleu/Southern Cross University and believes that Japanese wine is now of such a caliber as to warrant greater attention overseas.
